PCR Product Purification Kit

PCR Product Purification 96-Well Kit (Magnetic Bead System) provides a rapid, simple, and efficient high-throughput method for purifying amplified DNA products from PCR mixes, sequencing reactions, and other enzymatic processes such as restriction enzyme digests, Klenow reactions, alkaline phosphatase treatments, and ligations.

The kit effectively removes PCR by-products including primers, primer dimers, enzymes, unincorporated nucleotides, and mineral oil, as well as contaminants such as dye terminators, salts, and excess primers.
