Oligo Clean Up Kit

The Oligo Clean-Up and Concentration Kit offers a rapid, simple, and efficient method for the purification and concentration of up to 10 µg of oligonucleotides. It is suitable for purifying synthesized oligonucleotides as well as cleaning up oligonucleotides from various enzymatic reactions such as ligation, Poly(A) tailing, and end-labeling. The kit can purify single- or double-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotides larger than 10 base pairs and is not recommended for removing PCR primers.

This kit effectively removes proteins, buffers, and nucleotides without the use of phenol, chloroform, alcohol precipitation, or urea PAGE extraction. It provides high-quality oligonucleotides with up to 90% recovery. The purified oligonucleotides are suitable for downstream applications including end-point or quantitative reverse transcription PCR, Northern blotting, in situ hybridization, and RNA interference studies.
