Exosome Labeling Kit

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles ranging from 40 to 150 nm in diameter, secreted by most cell types. They can be isolated from various biological fluids including cell culture media, plasma, serum, saliva, urine, amniotic fluid, and cerebrospinal fluid. Exosomes carry proteins, small RNAs, and lipids, and are frequently used in combination with in vivo and in vitro models to track their behavior after cell uptake or injection into specific systems or organisms.

The Exosome Labeling Kit provides an all-in-one solution for the fluorescent labeling and purification of exosomes. This kit enables specific labeling of exosomes with a fluorescent molecule, followed by a clean-up step to reduce background fluorescence for clearer analysis. The kit contains enough reagents for 25 labeling and cleaning reactions.
